I say defense make your opponent get frustrated with this wall in front of them. And plan out your strategy while you juicing up [Defense Forme] Deoxys with X Items if you are using them to come up with a plan.

i like it. i never thought of it that way. But, my favorite is still attack. because you can use....what was it, zinc? dang! well, it's that medicine that boosts your speed. high speed, high attack. perfecto combination Pika Smile

No, it's actually recorded the fastest pokemon alive in speed forme

No it is not if you max out garchomps speed it beats deoxys speed form by 3 EV and stat points cuz garchomp is super sonic....DOI!

When I've battled in Ubers, I've used the Attack form, so that one's the best in my opinion, though Speed form outspeeds everything that doesn't have any in-battle boost to its speed.

Speed, if it was real life, the opponents lack of speed will let you make them tired, even if they have an overpowering attack. As long as you use your speed to make them tired then you win!
