And not to mention that it may not break out of a PokeBall cuz its Paralyzed meaning it cant move out of it. I think that is what is happening in side of the PokeBall.

I use something to make them sleep. Then I keep on pounding the pokemon by using Dream Eater... Then I catch it with a Heal Ball.

i said asleep because frozen has a chance of thawing in 2turns. I froze the giratina i was facing in diamond, and it got out the next turn!

even though a Heatran is asleep it was still able to break out of the Pokeballs. And not to mention the SLEEP condition does wear off you gotta keep putting it back to sleep every time it wakes up until you caught it.

i try to do sleep if i can but paralyze is good to.

I like to frz. it.....

but it thaws out pretty quick........
